The David Christian Carey Memorial Scholarship
I am setting up a scholarship in memory of my son, David Christian Carey, a life-long resident of South Brunswick and member of Grace Presbyterian Church. He has been part of the church community for many years starting when he attended Sand Hills Preschool.
David was attending Middlesex County College at the time of his death. His dream was to become Paramedic after completing a degree in Allied Health. David wanted nothing more than to help people and to give back. He truly had a heart of gold and helping people in need was second nature to him.
Unfortunately his dream was cut short by his tragic death last August. I would like to make his memory and his dream live on by creating this fund. The Scholarship will be awarded to Students going into a Healthcare/Allied Health Career and attending MCC.
David loved Middlesex County College. He had many happy times there and left behind many friends. Anyone who knew David remembers him for his loving personality and sense of humor! He surely left the world a better place.
The Scholarship will keep his name and Spirit alive at MCC.
