
Justin Warner, Pastoral Care Associate
Justin is our Pastoral Care Associate, and he is finishing out his Dual M.Div. and M.A. (Spiritual Formation & Mission) degree at Princeton Theological Seminary. He is a cradle-Presbyterian and is now Certified Ready to Receive a Call through the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is under the care of the Muskingum Valley Presbytery (Ohio).
He attended Grace since 2018, when he started seminary and served as our intern for the 2019-2020 academic year. In addition, during the summer of 2020, Justin served as a chaplain intern at Penn Medicine, Princeton Health.
In his free time, Justin enjoys traveling, shopping, cooking, and watching new shows/movies.

Maryann Rappa, MA, CPC
Maryann Rappa is our Wellness Center Director as well as our church office administrator. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling and is a certified life coach.
Her favorite pastime is spending time at the beach but also enjoys what NYC has to offer and is a dedicated NY Yankees fan.

Carla Lynch, MA
Carla has been a part of the Sand Hills Preschool family for the past eleven years in many different capacities. All four of her children attended the preschool, and in 2012, Carla started teaching the Toddler Time Class at the preschool. On July 1, 2020, Carla took over as the Director of the school.
Carla attended The College of New Jersey for both undergraduate and graduate studies. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and earned her Masters Degree in School Counseling. In the past Carla worked as a middle school special education teacher in the Princeton School District as well as a substitute teacher in the South Brunswick School District.
She resides in Kendall Park with her husband Paul, and their four children, Xavier, Bretton, Peyton and Abigail. Carla and her family are very involved in the South Brunswick Community. She runs the Children’s Liturgy Program at their church as well as leads worship for the youth. She was a leader in Cub Scouts for many years and now serves on the committee for Boy Scout Troop 90. Carla coached in-town soccer for many years. During the summer months, you will find her hanging out at the Willows with her kids!
For years when she talks to people about Sand Hills, she always says, “When I would leave my children at Sand Hills Preschool, I always felt like I was leaving them with their aunts! I knew they would be loved and cared for like family!” Carla feels so blessed to be a part of such a special school and wonderful faith community.
